Buy your drinks voucher online before the festival.

On the day, bring your drinks voucher ticket with you.

Head to the voucher exchange point on site.

Credit will be applied to your Wristband.

Use your wristband at the bars to purchase your drinks.

When topping up your wristband on the day, we accept card or cash at the Top-Up points, however we advise buying cashless credit in advance for ease and the benefit of additional FREE credit.

Every Wristband will incur a £2.50 activation fee (charged by the wristband provider) directly from your credit.

Advance drinks vouchers are valid only for the event and date stated at the time of purchase. Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Any Unused drinks credit can only be transferred to next year’s show. Customers must apply for the transfer during the transfer window, which will be open from 12:00PM on 21st July until 12:00PM on 23rd July.

Transfer requests submitted outside this window will not be accepted. Customers must provide proof of purchase and details of their unused balance when applying for the transfer.

Transferred drinks credit can only be used at next year’s show and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred again to any later event.

Any additional percentage added to a top-up as part of a promotional offer will be issued as Promo Credit. Promo Credit will only become available after the original topped-up amount has been fully used.

Promo Credit may only be used within the drinks voucher system and cannot be withdrawn, refunded, exchanged for cash or transferred to another event.

It is the customer’s responsibility to redeem their drinks vouchers during the event opening hours.
